Introduction

This End User License Agreement (the “Agreement”) is a binding agreement between you (“End User”, “you” or “your”) and elTahi (“Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”). This Agreement governs the relationship between you and us, and your use of elTahi.

Restrictions

You shall not modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile or engineer any part of the Application.

You shall not remove or alter any proprietary notice of elTahi or its licensors.

Intellectual Property

This Agreement conveys a limited license only; any use outside its scope is infringement.

You must safeguard all Software from misuse, unauthorised access, or infringement.

You retain ownership of any work products you create through the Software.

Your Suggestions

Any Suggestions you provide to elTahi remain its sole property. elTahi may use, copy, modify, publish, or redistribute Suggestions without credit or compensation to you.

Modifications to Application

elTahi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Application or any related service without notice or liability.

Updates to Application

elTahi may provide updates, patches, bug fixes, upgrades and other modifications (“Updates”).

Updates may modify or delete features; you agree all Updates are part of the Application and subject to this Agreement.

Third-Party Services

The Application may display or link to third-party content or services. elTahi is not responsible for any third-party services, content, or your use of them.

Term and Termination

This Agreement remains in effect until terminated by you or elTahi.

Indemnification

No Warranties

Limitation of Liability

elTahi’s entire liability shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the Application. elTahi is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Severability

If any provision is unenforceable, it will be adjusted to meet its intent. The rest of the Agreement remains effective.

Waiver

Failure to enforce any right shall not constitute a waiver. Single or partial exercise does not preclude further exercise.

Amendments to this Agreement

elTahi may amend this Agreement. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Egypt.

No Employment or Agency Relationship

Equitable Relief
